KolBo Mail
Kosher email · AI-free · per-tier filtered

Email built to filter what comes in.

A kosher mailbox at kolbomail.com — with the same per-tier content policy you choose for the rest of your KolBo stack, applied before mail lands in your inbox. No LLM, no generative AI, no content composed on your behalf. Just deterministic filtering on every attachment and every image that arrives.

Kosher · per-tier

Tiered to your home, not one-size-fits-all

The same four-tier framework powering KolBo Search and Browser — Shomer Einayim, Mosdos, Kavod Habayis, Bayis Ne’eman — chooses how strictly attachments and images are filtered before a message reaches you.

AI-free by design

No LLM. No generative AI. No content written for you.

KolBo Mail filters; it does not compose, summarize, paraphrase, suggest, or auto-reply. Every decision is a deterministic rule applied to the bytes that arrive — understandable, auditable, and stable.

Inbound scanning

Every attachment. Every image. Before it hits your inbox.

The live image classifier already running in the KolBo proxy floor inspects each inbound image (PNG, JPEG, WebP) and each attachment (format-guarded against archive-masquerade, decompression bombs, oversize). The verdict routes the message to your inbox, a review folder, a quarantine folder, or rejection — per your tier.

How a message reaches you

Every inbound email goes through the same deterministic pipeline before it’s delivered. No step is generative; every step is auditable.

01 · ARRIVES

MX accepts

Mail arrives at kolbomail.com via the MXRoute backend — standard SPF + DKIM + DMARC alignment, no tricks.

02 · SCANS

Attachments hardened

Format guard rejects archive-masquerade, decompression bombs, oversize, and unknown magic bytes before any image is decoded.

03 · CLASSIFIES

Images verdict

The live KolBo image classifier (NSFWJS, HA across two nodes, ~50 ms inference) returns class probabilities; your tier chooses thresholds.

04 · ROUTES

To inbox, review, or quarantine

Allowed mail lands in INBOX; flagged mail moves to KOLBO-HOLD or KOLBO-QUARANTINE. Every message carries an X-KolBo-Verdict header.

Get KolBo Mail on your phone

KolBo Mail uses standard IMAP and SMTP, so it works with the mail app you already have. There’s no separate KolBo Mail app to install — the kosher filtering happens on the server before the message reaches your phone.

Honest about what’s live and what activates next

The KolBo Mail filter engine — format guard, image classifier, per-tier policy, IMAP poller, audit log — is built, tested, and running in the customer-traffic floor today. The remaining gate to a live mailbox at kolbomail.com is the operator’s MXRoute Phase‑0 (reseller signup, DNS for the domain, deliverability warmup).
